Eligibility
To be qualified for the sPHRM™, you must meet one of the following educational and/or work experience requirements:
Have at least more than five (5) years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Master’s degree or higher.
Training Duration and Assessment
Duration: 7weeks intensive training
Assessment: Practical+Continuous Assessment 30%, Examination 70%
Exam time: 60 minutes Exam length: 70 scored questions (mostly multiple-choice)
Exams will be taken at RMPI online learning portal.
