Requirements
- To be qualified for the aPHRM™, you must meet one of the following educational and/or work experience as requirements
- Have at least one year of experience in an entry-level position + Bachelor's Degree or higher

The entry-level designation is Associate Professional in Human Resources Management (aPHR™). It is also the most well-known HR official term in the world, and it is supplied by aPHR™. Human Resources professionals at the entry-level may be breaking forte into the workforce in primarily administrative roles, such as providing assistance in a bigger HR function or serving as the sole HR practitioner in a significant HR function. Individuals at this level would be in charge of supporting HR initiatives, carrying out management activities, and working at the strategic and operational levels. Human Resources Assistant, Recruitment Consultant, Human Resources Specialist, or Human Resources Consultant are common designations.

Training Duration and Assessment
Duration: 5weeks of intensive training
Assessment: Practical+Continuous Assessment 40%, Examination 60%
Exam time: 60 minutes Exam length: 60 scored questions (mostly multiple-choice)
