About the RMPI Exam
We solicited input from thought leaders and practitioners all throughout the world. The RMPI test has evolved to fit the needs of today’s profession, organizations, and individuals. It focuses on three areas where you can obtain a competitive advantage and prove your work is more intelligent:
- PEOPLE – stressing the soft skills required to lead a human resource, customer relationship, and project team effectively in today’s changing environment.
- PROCESS – strengthening the technical components of managing people resources, projects, and customers successfully.
- THE CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT – emphasizing the link between projects, customer relationships, human resources, and organizational strategy.
The professional certification courses exam domains will cover content that spans the value delivery spectrum, including all learning modules.
The exam is comprised of:
- The exam will consist of 60 questions (the previous exam had 100), but the same number of questions will be graded.
- The exam will take 40 minutes to complete.
- Multiple-choice, multiple-response, matching, hotspot, and limited fill-in-the-blank questions will be used. To learn more, look at the practice questions on your learning portal.
