The mid-level designation is Professional in Human Resources Management (PHRm™). It is also the most well-known HR official term in the world, and it is supplied by PHRm™. Human Resources professionals at the intermediate level may be entering the workforce in primarily administrative roles, such as providing assistance in a bigger HR function or serving as the sole HR practitioner in a significant HR function. Individuals at this level would be in charge of supporting HR initiatives, carrying out management activities, and working at the strategic and operational levels. Human Resources Officer, Recruitment specialist, Human Resources Specialist, or Human Resources Consultant are common designations.

Eligibility
To be qualified for the PHRm™, you must meet one of the following educational and/or work experience requirements:
Have at least three (3) years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Master’s degree or higher,
Training Duration and Assessment
Duration: 7 weeks intensive training
Assessment: Practical+Continuous Assessment 40%, Examination 60%
Exam time: 60 minutes Exam length: 60 scored questions (mostly multiple-choice)
Exams will be taken at RMPI online learning portal.
